Publié le 1 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse was beautiful! Would absolutely stay here again. A little disappointed I had to pay extra to have the pool heated for the weekend but all in all a great home!

Thanks so much for your note and delighted you had a great time! Sorry for your confusion in pool heat - it is stated on VRBO as well as in our contract, that the pool heat is not included, but available. Rather than raise the rate and include for all, we've found some guests prefer not to have and save the cost.

Amazing stay!!

And the views off the top balcony are beautiful! Easy walk to the beach and easy drive to Charleston. Will definitely be staying here again! Don’t hesitate to book this amazing home!

Fantastic home and location

Beautiful home, well stocked with all you need, easy access to the beach, great restaurants nearby both on IOP and Sullivan island, etc. Best short term rental went ever stayed at

Perfect Beach House

3 generations under one roof

Blissful stay in Isle of Palms!
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family of 10, with ages ranging from 19 to 85, thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at this gorgeous home. Everything we needed (and more!) was readily available to make our stay the most comfortable and relaxing. We used the pool often, enjoyed the upper deck for watching sunrises, and appreciated the access to umbrellas and chairs for time on the beach, which was right across the street. Bill was attentive and quickly responded to any questions we had. We would highly, highly recommend this house for a glorious stay :)

Great IOP Beach house

The nicest house we have reserved in the 15 summers we have traveled to IOP. We were especially lucky this year.
We were able to survive hurricane Debbie because we had plenty of room to spread out and plenty of room for games and family dance parties. My children and grandchildren loved staying there. I highly recommend his house.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this house is unlike any other; extremely clean, comfortable and designed to make you feel like you are at a luxurious resort! Perfect House for our family

The elevator and mid level pool was especially helpful for our older family members. Loved being at the end of the island with hardly any road or beach traffic. Great experience for all!
