Decent
Posted Aug. 31, 2023 on HomeAwayLocation is great, walk from room to the beach in less than two minutes. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and general shopping stores. Rental had plenty of room for just two people and nice view from the outside patio overlooking pool area and beach. Unit was as advertised with the exception of a couple issues. First issue was the amount of dog hair we discovered, on floor and furniture, we assume from previous renter. Second issue the wifi is truly non existent, with such horrible wifi service it shouldn't even be advertised in the listing. Third issue was ceiling fan in living room area did not work. Fourth issue TV did not work in living area but did work with no issues in the bedroom.
Now even with the issues overall we may return to this property, with the guarantee the dog hair issues are not an issue again. Lets be honest as well, we don't go to the beach to watch TV, sit under a ceiling fan and be on the WIFI all day!!!! The TV in the living area would have been nice on the rainy day we had but we survived. This is a great location with easy access to everything you need for a beach stay. The price is fair for this region.

Vacation STAY

307A stayed 1 night, foul mold/mildew, structural smells, informed management and they allowed a condo switch to 310A with only a faint mildew smell when bathroom fan was left on continuously to improve it and the doors often left wide open. Both units were appropriately furnished, small square footage but very adequate for a short stay, price and easy location off the main roadway.

Posted Aug. 6, 2022 on HomeAwayWe had a great time at the Sea Cabins. The area was nice and we were close to everything IOP has to offer. The place was small but it was okay for just the 4 of us. The staff with Island Reality were great and got us more blankets and towel sets when needed and we’re very responsive. The beds and furniture however we’re very uncomfortable. The bunk bed mattresses were extremely thin. The couch sunk very low every time you sat on it. The bed in the bedroom was extremely loud every time you sat down or rolled over. Overall though it was great for a short getaway (but we’re glad to be back home and sleep in our comfortable beds)

Unfortunately some guests like a softer mattress, some like a firmer one, the owners do try to please everyone. We would like to thank you for your suggestions. Relaxing Time
Posted Aug. 15, 2021 on HomeAwayEverything was great except the mattress was hard (if you are used to a soft bed) and we wished there was a table to eat outside on the porch.
The actual room was perfect for what we needed and you can't beat the ocean view or the access to the beach.
They had a bunk bed if you have young kids.

Bare minimum

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

We picked this unit because of its location, and loved the nautical decor. It was light and bright and we really loved the bead board walls.However, the condo was not as clean as we would have liked. I'm a bare footer, as soon as I took off my shoes the floor felt gritty. The counters in the kitchen also felt gritty. The hand towel hanger in the bathroom was nowhere to be seen and there was just a screw sticking out from the mount on the wall. The toilet paper hanger bar was also missing. The plate in the microwave was not the original, it was too big for the rotating device so it did not turn and was noisy. Also was not thrilled with the wad of wires hanging from the television set. Seems like minimum effort has been put into maintaining this otherwise really pretty condo unit.
