Great property for a large group
Publié le 4 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall experience was great. Only issues we had were the main kitchen sink had a bad leak at one point during the week. And 1 of the 2 dishwashers shorts out and did not work. Other than those it was a beautiful house. Would recommend to others.

We are very sorry to hear about one dishwasher having an issue as well as a sink leak. We try and stay on top of our appliances, however sometimes things will occur that we don't count on and so we try and respond in a timely manner. Always know you can call us with any issues and we will help as we have our own maintenance team ready to help you!

Gorgeous, spacious home
Publié le 25 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe have a group of 20+ college girlfriends in our 50's now who get together every other year. We have stayed here twice, and this is our favorite home to come to. The home is very clean, it is lovely, the location is great, the kitchen is well stocked, management company process was very smooth, etc. We hope to stay here again.

Great for Family Reunion!
Publié le 2 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was amazing and exactly as described in the listing. Biggest drawback was that the ramp leading to beach was under water which hampered our wheelchair guests from enjoying the beach up close!

It was unfortunate that the biggest rain storm and highest tide on record preceded your visit and hit at the same time! Thankfully the water receded quickly, but we know an inconvenience for a wheelchair. We are so sorry. Typically we never have to worry about this kind of situation. 50th Birthday Celebration
Publié le 16 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had 20 guests come to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. Everything was wonderful. The house has everything. Beds were exceptional. Everyone loved it!
Minor things that I wish were there were more seasonings for cooks. I have been to many VRBO with a nice selection. Also, if its beach front I would expect a certain amount of beach chairs or a credit towards rental.

Seasonings are not so easy to leave in the home. After Covid days, guests did not want things that were open/un clean so our inspectors check those out regularly. We have a sharing shelf bin that will have some items if not open, clean, etc. but probably not more than salt/pepper and some basics. So sorry! Beach chairs/towels are available for rental from our company. However, there are cabana services here on IOP that will set them up for you and take them down each day at the end of the day. That is a very popular service and available to all guests. We appreciate the feedback of your stay and hope you return to see us again in the future!

Amazing home!
Publié le 2 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy party of 13 women stayed at this gorgeous home for 3 nights. It was the perfect location to celebrate a milestone birthday! The photos don’t do the home justice, it’s quite spectacular. Stunning views, amazing house, space and more space… it was a unique and wonderful experience. Our group of 13 was practically swimming in this home…we could have had double the number comfortably. Highly recommend for a large group and/or special occasion! We used Groceries Ahead for staples and alcohol delivery, and chef Madeline Lytton for our meals (highly recommend). It was a wonderful weekend!

Great House (Very Minor Critiques)
Publié le 20 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was a great house and we enjoyed our stay. I think for the price they should make a few minor changes but overall we had a great time and it is exactly what it looks like. (Would Recommend)
Things we noticed that you might want to know:
1) The walkway to the beach doesnt have lights or a railing which is not great for kids or older folks.
2) The 3rd floor porch can only be accessed through bedrooms so its not use much.
3) Its a very buggy area and we got bite alot, not sure if this is reflective of the area or not pest spraying enough.
4) They should have added more seating to the main room since that is the only hang out room, preferably another sectional in the dead space.

Weekend Getaway
