Joli hôtel où nous avons logés 1 nuit pendant notre séjour sur l’île de Skye. Nous avions 1 grande chambre sur 2 niveaux pour 4 personnes. Les lits sont confortables, propre, calme. Un parking devant l’hôtel, l’hôtel a également un restaurant où nous avons très bien dîné. Bon petit-déjeuner. Très satisfait de notre séjour.

prix demandé pas à la hauteur du service de l’hot

Service et cuisine pas du tout a la hauteur. Par example “roast” lamb s’est transformé en « boiled » l’ambiance et dur comme du bois, L’arriere de l’hotel (Après ouverture des portes d’urgence) est une véritable décharge, tout y est jeté en vrac. Télévision dans la chambre ne marche pas. Le lit des enfants n’etait pas fait en arrivant. Le prix demandé n’est pas à la hauteur du service de l’etablissement.

Joli hotel idéalement situé

Chambre très grande et propre. La situation géographique est très bien pour visiter cette belle Ile de Skye. Le personnel est sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec des mets locaux. Un pub dans le bâtiment permet de diner, de boire des bières locales et de passer un bon moment. Le seul bémol est que nous étions hors saison et que cela s'est ressenti sur la qualité du service qui était correct mais qui aurait pu être mieux.

Fabulous Hotel. Excellent restaurant & bar. Great rooms. Just a little noisy if you over the bar.

Not worth the money they charge.

Pretty disappointed with my stay in all honesty. For £300 per night, I would expect a hell of a lot more. No breakfast was included. There was no hairdryer in the room. Paint was flaking off the woodwork. Loose tiles on the bathroom floor. Loud music from bar area until after 10:30pm. I could hear people from other rooms constantly stomping around, banging doors etc. An absolute rip off charging obscene amounts of money.

Beautiful View.

Check-in was atrocious! Waited 10 minutes at unattended desk, a passing barman then processed our check-in, demanding £279 payment for our room upfront before he would issue our room key. There was no room service available, I returned to reception to enquire about room service only to find my previously filled out personal details form lying in open view on the reception counter for all to see (my data protection was non-existent). Restaurant service was undertaken by the Receptionist/Barman, I waited 10 minutes for service and decided to leave after being ignored by waiting staff. I eventually enjoyed my dinner at the pizza joint round the corner from hotel.
