The entire experience was out of this world. Views to die for, so welcoming and private. The room was absolutely immaculate with outstanding facilities. There is nothing they hadn't thought of. If you love walking, swimming and tranquillity, this is the holiday for you. Great food and wine and the breakfast is exceptional. Everything was so magical, this has been our best holiday ever. Karma has the most beautiful vibe. A truly unforgettable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Karma hotel St Martins. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, just slightly let down by the constant undercurrent of ‘join the Karma club’ aka timeshare. Posters, leaflets, letters in the room and that was after I had explicitly asked not to be sold to as I was paying to have a holiday.

Disappointing stay
Publié le 8 août 2021 sur HotelsDisappointing stay - Karma did not offer any cleaning during our 3 night stay. This was the only hotel that did this during our week in the Isles of Scilly. The overall cleaning and COVID measures were disappointing with a lack of accessible/working hand sanitising stations. To finish on a positive the young staff were cheerful and always willing to help - they are a great plus to the hotel.

Dear Susan,
We are sorry to hear of your disappointment during your 3 night stay. As I'm sure you can appreciate, this year is a very different one due to the pandemic still being an issue. The team have been taking extra precautions due to the rising cases across the islands, by limiting contact time within guest rooms, which are in place to help protect our guests, staff, visitors and islanders alike. Thankfully, we have managed to ensure we have stayed open and operational for the season, whereas some businesses have had to close, so we still stand by our decision to limit the offering of servicing guest rooms daily during their stay this year. We are happy to replace and replenish any room items via request from guests and will arrange small services for our long stay guests at present. Our team regularly clean and sanitize all public areas in the hotel and ensure than the hand sanitizing stations are fully stocked, so apologies if you found this wasn't the case.
It's great to hear that you enjoyed the service that our staff provided and thank you kindly for noting this.
We hope to be able to welcome you back one day in the future when hopefully the offerings will be back to our normal standard.
