Hello
When our guest checked into the hotel, he was given the room he had booked.The guest then wanted to extend his reservation, but since he had booked a 2+1 apartment, we indicated that he could extend his reservation to a 1+ 1 apartment and he accepted it himself. he moved to a 1+1 apartment, extending the reservation for 3 days.he had 1 dog and we tried to help Our goal is for our guests to have a happy and peaceful holiday and to leave our facility satisfied.
