I normally dont write reviews but i thought my experiece need to be heard. First of all i booked a style of room, and when i checked in i was given a diiferent one. I had to argue to get what i paid for. I booked a room to accommodate my older mother who stayed only for one night while i stayed in this hotel for 4 say. They asked to charfe me for more even though the room sleeps 3. I asked for a wheel chair and i was given a broken one with no leg support and one flat tire. When i asked for another one they told me that this is all what they have. AC did not work properly all the time Lots of loud construction noise from surrounding project. Will definitely not stay here again

Not Recommended at all

For a five star hotel, the hotel rooms weren't clean, stain marks on carpet, the bathroom wasn't clean enough. Front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. We booked two 3 bed rooms, and we were put in two 2-bed rooms and that a 3rd bed will be brought in. The room was too small so we requested a change. Then we were put in two 3-bed rooms and the door lock in one room was broken and could be opened from outside. We requested a change again and the staff were rude. We were told that if we want to change they will put the family on separate floors (2nd and 7th) coz they didn't have rooms on the same floor. We, unwillingly, accepted that as well. We were shown a room on 7th floor which we accepted, the staff accompanying us moved us back to floor 2 and gave us another 3-bed room next to the our other room. In this manner, they lied to us about not having rooms on the same floor. Room cards/keys didn't work. At the end of everyday when we returned, our keys didn't work and we had to go to the reception and get new keys. I don't understand how this hotel has been awarded 5 starts. I have seen 5-star hotels and this hotel is nothing like it. It feels more like a 2.5 - 3-star on basis of its service, cleanliness and staff behavior. Not recommended at all and not value for money at all.

Don’t bother, very tired, poor location, reception staff poor (restaurant staff good).

I googled hotels near Istanbul International Airport. And was given this property. Turns out this property is 30 minutes from airport. Staff were not helpful to assist in getting hotel closer to International. Requested wake up call -- Did not happen Was called by hotel staff at MIDNIGHT inquiring if I wanted breakfast box.

This is not a 5 star hotel. I have traveled to 36 countries and I know what it means to stay in a 5 star hotel. Property is old. Power outlets (including USB) not working and hotel staff definitely aware of this. Beds are old, carpets are badly stained, location definitely not convenient. I would stay elsewhere next time.
