Hotel excellent
Publié le 16 juill. 2024 sur HotelsTrès bel hotel, moderne, propre, insonorisé/climatisé, vue mer. Juste à côté d'un centre commercial + aquarium et de l'ancien aéroport d'Istanbul, transformé en aéroport privé/d'affaires (jets privés à l'atterrissage mais sans nuisance réelle). Très belle piscine. Wifi gratuit performant dans tout l'hotel. De nombreuses possibilités de restaurants du côté du centre commercial. Plage publique un peu plus loin, accessible par le bord de mer, beaucoup de monde le weekend et pas très propre (plage, eau). Restaurant de l'hotel en rooftop, avec jolie vue mer. Petit déjeuner très fourni, bonne qualité des produits, un peu encombré aux heures de pointe. Hotel situé à 45 minutes de l'aéroport d'Istanbul en taxi + facile d'accès vers le centre d'Istanbul en taxi. Un très très bon séjour.

Avis mitigé, pour ma part je ne le referai pas
Publié le 4 oct. 2023 sur HotelsJ’avais choisi cet hôtel pour profiter de la piscine mais la météo ne l’a pas vraiment permis et il est tellement loin du centre de la ville d’Istanbul (dans un quartier totalement excentré, à côté d’un centre commercial) qu’il était difficile de s’organiser pour profiter à la fois de la ville et de l’hôtel. Le point positif est le petit-déjeuner qui est excellent (énorme choix et très qualitatif avec des saveurs locales); par contre à 10h30 pile poil ils débarassent tout donc pour les vacances ça n’est pas l’idéal !
Le lit est très confortable mais globalement on voit la vétusteté des équipements et des salles de bain en particulier.
Les verres et cuillères de la chambre ne sont pas remplacés lorsque vous les utilisés.
Une télécommande qui ne marche pas, et donc une tv qui reste allumée la nuit ! Le remplacement ne se fait qu’après le 2ème jour !
Le personnel de la réception, et plus particulièrement les doorman et guest relation manager, est très serviable.

This hotel was amazing, we went and had an great experience. The staff was immaculate, the manager of the restaurant and all the waiting staff were incredible. Always ensuring that we had a good meal and we became very comfortable staying in the hotel!! I am definitely coming again.

Publié le 13 mars 2022 sur HotelsSejour bien etre entre amis ... super hotel , chambre spacieuse, bonne literie, ainsi que l'environnement autour , face à la mer. Accès direct par l'hotel .
Petit déjeuner variés et beaucoup de choix il y en a pour tous les goûts... personnel agréables et accueillants . Le spa est propre nettoyé régulièrement. Vraiment contents de notre choix . Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation.
