Appartement sympas mais propreté catastrophique

L’appart hôtel est bien équipé sauf qu’il n’y a pas de Clim. Au ventilateur seul c’est vite le sauna dans l’appart.
Le GROS problème est la propreté, énormément de poussière dans l’appartement c’est décevant.

Upon arriving it was an easy process, the personnel were very friendly to check in. I was greeted also by Neda in the lobby, she assisted my partner and I on which building we were to stay in. Side note: she was definitely a god send and the reason why I stayed at this hotel. My partner wanted to change hotels completely once we saw the room.
I booked the Superior Condo, which stated it was 915sqft, which we felt was great and enough space. It definitely was not, it seemed like 650sqft. The bed was small and so was the shower, you can barely turn around in it. The couch was filthy and many other things were not up to par, in that apartment . If I knew, I would have tried to upgrade to the executive suite, but I’m sure it may not have been an option. We didn’t want to be a pain and complain but The room I had faced the street, even on the 28th floor it was very noisy, I did not sleep well at all. The only saving grace was guest relations (Neda) she went above and beyond to make sure even though there were Mis-steps, my partner and I still felt cared about; as this was our first time in Türkiye, we did not want to complain much on our holiday, but it was not as expected. I would stay there again if I have a better, quieter room.
