All good, only the property needs a bit more attention as it is slightly shabby. More relaxing outdoor sitting would make it more comfortable. So many tables, could the first line of tables been used for longing with appropriate furnitures? Lastly, the place is becoming overrun by cats. It's quite a fight at breakfast time when they keep trying to jump on your table and eat in your plate...

Four nights in Buyukada.

We booked a deluxe room but on arrival couldn’t relax, as the reception desk was a couple of feet outside the front door and we heard every booking and phone call. Why the reception couldn’t be moved elsewhere to a more appropriate location, I have no idea. Eventually, was offered a different and lower grade room. After moving, we discovered the room was very shabby and unhygienic. Throughout our stay, no one came to clean the room. In fact, the room was so substandard that after the first night we booked a different hotel and stayed there for the rest of the trip. A shame, because the location was excellent, the historic building was beautiful, and breakfast was good. However, there is no excuse for offering unhygienic rooms or no room cleaning. An overpriced hotel for what is being offered.

Beklediğimiz altında bir deneyim oldu, 2 gün konakladık. Oda temizliği ve banyo temizliği yeterince iyi değildi. Çarşaflarda ve yerlerde önceki misafirlerden kalan kıl kalıntıları vardı maalesef. Kahvaltı seçeneği her zaman otel seçimlerinde artı puan olarak görünür ama 2 sabah da çay hariç sıcak olması beklenen hiç bir şey sıcak değildi pek taze de sayılmazlardı ayrıca açık büfedeki seçenekler de çok kısıtlı. Kahvaltı kısmına önem verenler bu kısmı tekrar bir düşünsün derim. Otelin konumu ve kendisi güzel ama kesinlikle genel bir bakıma ihtiyacı var yer yer dış kaplamaları çürümüştü. Ayrıca kapılarda ses yalıtımı hiç yeterli değil kedi bile geçse duyulur cinsten kapıların bakımı yapılması gerekir. Artılarına gelecek olursam odanın manzarası güzel ve sessiz bir mahalle. Tekrar tercih edeceğimi pek sanmıyorum. yorumların dikkate alınması dileğiyle. sevgiler.

Çok büyük beklentiyle otele giriş yaptık. Çünkü fotoğraflardan çok güzel bir otelde kalacağımızı düşünerek ayarlamıştık. Fakat her şey çok kirliydi. Duvarlar, masa örtüleri, yerler... Oda da klima olmasına rağmen soğuktu. Kahvaltı sabah 9'da hazır olacak denildi. 9 da daha masaya bir şeyler taşınıyordu. Çay yoktu. Bizim bildiğimiz kadarıyla ilk çayın hazır olması gerekiyor normalde. Masa örtüleri leke dolu. İnsanın iştahını kaçıracak bir görüntü. Sigara böreğinin içi buz doluydu. Ağzımızla buzları kırdık. Etrafta da çok kedi var. Hayvan düşmanı değiliz tabii ki ama herkes aynı hassasiyette olmak zorunda değil. En azından yemek yenilen yerlerden uzakta olmaları sağlanabilir. Kısacası bir daha adaya gelecek olsak buranın dışında her yerde kalabiliriz ama bu otel bu şekilde hizmet vermeye devam ettiği sürece kimseye önermeyeceğiz de.
