We only had two problems, everything else was great
First, when we wanted to eat at your rooftop restaurant, we couldn't find anyone, then when we went down to the lobby, we couldn't get service because they were serving food to a large group of visitors.
Second, we thought there was a coffee machine in our room, but there was only hot water. So we had to buy instant coffee from outside.
