More than expected

Thanks to Reha in the front desk who went above and beyond in customer service in our 3 night stay. On our last day, he helped me and my wife dragged our luggage to the end of the street because the taxi cannot enter the street at that time.
Breakfast is delicious and the view from the restaurant at the 5th floor is beautiful.

Bize verilen odanın -2. katta olması ve temizlik odasının yanında olması açısından çok konforlu değildi, oda bir hayli karanlık ve basıktı. Sabah erken saatlerde çalışanların sesiyle birçok kez uyandık. Bir de odaya ilk girdiğimizde kedi tuvaleti kokusu vardı, havalandırdıktan sonra geçti. Kahvaltı servisi ve terasın manzarası güzel, çalışanlar da genel olarak güler yüzlüydü.
