While the staff and service at the hotel is top rated, the hotel itself seems dated, from the dimly lit hallways to the small rooms / bathrooms. It is alao very difficult to get to the hotel with your own rental car as streets are blocked off and the underground garage person was not friendly at all. Plus, the hotel is on a hill so for mobility challenged individuals this wpuld be an issue.

The hotel has really good facilities and it's Minutes from the tourist site like the Sophia mosque, Grand Bazaar, The Blue Mosque. Restaurants and Trams for going anywhere. Not far from the sea front.

Rooms are way too small and tv don’t offer English channels
