The state of the rooms and especially service are not on the level of 5 stars hotel as they position themselves. The charge of rooms keys lasts max 2 day, then you need to rechange them at the reception, the dirty laundry is stocked often in the guest common area, in order to have coffee capsules we had to call the receptionist 3 times to get them, room service nocked our door at woke us up at 8am, when the hotel staff came to check the mini bar the day before the check out at 10:30 pm (!). Seems like they have no sense of time perception and understanding of guests privacy. The dirt on a carpet on our floor guest area stayed there for 2 days and nobody cleaned it on time. At the check out, we were not even asked how was the stay..

De plus, le personnel est adorable, nous avons été surclasser sans demande de notre part et ils sont au petit soin. Nous avons également tester les massages qui sont fait par de vrais pros. Merci beaucoup à Nina pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Je recommande a 100%

très bien passé, très bon service. Lieu très stratégique. dommage que l'hôtel ne trouve toujours pas de solution pour les taxis. on attend parfois très longtemps pour un taxi
