Bon appart hôtel pour famille
Publié le 23 juin 2016 sur HotelsNous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée. On nous a tout de suite donné le code wifi (gratuit) sur un bout de papier et le plus important pour nous, le lit-bébé était prêt (propre et de bonne qualité! Ce qui n'arrive même pas dans certains 5 étoiles...) . Nous avions réservé une suite avec 3 chambres. L'appartement est vétuste, l'immeuble doit dater des années 1980-90 et les finitions sont assez moches, cependant tout était propre.
Les draps et les serviettes sentaient le propre bien que le draps de mon lit avait des petits trous...
L'hôtel est très bien situé au milieu d'une grande rue pleine de magasins (Mango, Guess, H&M, Stefanel, Intimissimi, etc).
L'hôtel ne possède pas de room service, par contre il y a un petit resto juste en face qui s'appelle Sutish et qui est très bien (voir avec la réception qui les connaissent bien).
Il y avait 2 bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo offert.
Je conseillerai la suite à une famille avec 2-3 enfants par exemple, il y a beaucoup de place. Pratique la cuisine pour préparer les biberons et les laver, le salon-salle à manger est très spacieux.

Very disappointed
Publié le 1 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThis hotel is so disappointment since the rooms and bathrooms are not well-maintained as well as the cleanliness is not what you expect. So many spots on the coach and blinds were broken when we checked in. This hotel Rating is misleading the people. As per condition of the hotel, it is less than 3 star hotel level and it should not be more than $50 per night. The only good thing about this hotel is the location which is at the hard of the main street. Also the staff was very helpful since they really tried to fixed the issues in the room..

The furniture looked overused. One and two bedrooms must share the washer/dryer. But, it is in a perfect spot to shop and dine. You can walk to the stores.

The property was quite old and outdated. For the price paid, I would have expected better. The pictures online were quite deceiving. There were four ac units but only one working remote. I would not book again.

Overall it was great the staff were really friendly and helpful although the hotel s not renovated I had everything I needed and the beds were super comfortable; I definitely recommend it !
