The hotel team is excellent! They are very empathetic and polite. Veysel, Can, Emre, and Baris are especially helpful and welcoming. The space is beautiful.

Publié le 6 avr. 2023 sur HotelsBel accueil, personnel sympas et parlant anglais . Nous avons eu notre studio avant 14h. Belle installation avec tout son confort.il manque cependant quelques ustensiles pour pouvoir cuisiner. Et surtout le tire bouchon

I enjoy my stay here and its not my first or second time, I recommend this property and i would thand the stuff specially Vaysal & Emra at the help desk, they are very helpful and friendly guys… thanks so much

Amazing and clean rooms, lobby is very clean and smells good and a nice pool. The staff were super helpful and very friendly especially Emre,Furkan and Veysel who helped us through out our stay. One negative part of our stay is the Lebanese restaurant. The food is great but the manager cheated me, I paid him 100 US dollars. . It’s not a big deal but I don’t like when someone takes advantage of me. . We were eating there breakfast lunch and dinner. After that day I never went in there again. He lost my business over 200 liters. He would have made way more than that in the 3 weeks we stayed in the hotel. Overall and amazing stay and a great place to feel like home. I still gave the hotel 5 stars because they deserve it. But that restaurant doesn’t!

The hotel is nice but needs to level up the customer services. Poor customer services

It was quite good. Bariş from reception was quite helpful. And Furqan as well. The restaurant needs a revision, though.
