The hotel team is excellent! They are very empathetic and polite. Veysel, Can, Emre, and Baris are especially helpful and welcoming. The space is beautiful.

Amazing and clean rooms, lobby is very clean and smells good and a nice pool. The staff were super helpful and very friendly especially Emre,Furkan and Veysel who helped us through out our stay. One negative part of our stay is the Lebanese restaurant. The food is great but the manager cheated me, I paid him 100 US dollars. . It’s not a big deal but I don’t like when someone takes advantage of me. . We were eating there breakfast lunch and dinner. After that day I never went in there again. He lost my business over 200 liters. He would have made way more than that in the 3 weeks we stayed in the hotel. Overall and amazing stay and a great place to feel like home. I still gave the hotel 5 stars because they deserve it. But that restaurant doesn’t!

The hotel is nice but needs to level up the customer services. Poor customer services
