Location is very good, right by the T1 tram that takes you to all the tourist places. Rooms and cleaning services are also very good. However, the staff is not that nice. When it was time to check out, they didn’t even give me a minute to check my room one last time and they were waiting outside the door the whole time. Made me very uncomfortable. Next time I would probably stay at any hotel near the T1 line, not this one.

Hello, first of all, you made a reservation for our hotel for 2 adults and 2 children. But 7 adults came, we did not accept you and you started to shout disrespectfully. You ate in the lobby, you spilled your coke on the floor, we did not say anything. Check out time is 12:00, we wanted you to leave the room at 12:45 and you still did not want to leave. At 11:00 am, we called you and said that check out is at 12:00 pm, just like in the rest of the world. You are lying and misleading people. If you look at the other comments, you will understand what kind of hotel we are. Please do not choose our hotel again for you and your family.

Sehr gute Gastgeber.
Sehr saubere Zimmer, auf wünsche wurde sofort reagiert.
Was will man mehr.
Und was mir noch persönlich sehr gut gefiel, die Dusche hatte so ein gutes Druck und Warmwasser perfekt.
Wir hatten sehr gute Zeit verbracht.

Otelin konumu çok güzeldi rahat ulaşıbilirdi çalışanları güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi tekrar geldiğimde yine tercih edeceğim bir otel

Otelin konumu güzeldi, her yere yakın toplu ulaşıma 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Odaların temizliği yeterli. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Tekrar gelsek yine kalırız.

Otele giris yaptigimiz ilk andan itibaren güler yüzlü yaklasim ciktitimiz ana kadar bir gram azalmadan devam etti. Odalar yeteri konforda. Kahvaltisi oldukca tatmin edici. İlgi be alaka her anlamda sizi guvende ve keyifli hissettire ek duzeyde. Otelin konumu harika. 100 metreye Galata Porttasiniz. 500 metreye istiklal caddesinde. Tam arada oldukca iyi mekanlara yakin bir konumda. Keeinlikle bir sonraki istanbul seyahatimozde tereddutsuz kalmak isteyecegimiz bir yer oldu burasi. Kahvaltidaki personel ve resepsiyon personelinin ilgisi her anlamda ust seviyedeydi. Tesekkur ederiz
