Decent facility with a pool to enjoy
Posted Aug. 7, 2024 on HotelsIt was a decent establishment. Overall facility and comfort was good. Some deep cleaning of the hallway carpets and the bathroom tiles could lift the spirits of the place to a much better state.

Bad location, very noisy, they turned off the AC at night. I don’t suggest this hotel at all

Cleanliness was excellent, staff helpful and services great, spa exceptional, communal areas very clean, bed and bedding wonderfully clean and pillows comfy, slept very well, I would say rooms need updating that is why they didn’t get 5 starts for this, there was lots of damage, plugs hanging off wall and with a child it was worrying, it could be exceptional with a little bit of care and attention as the spa is beautifully decorated, breakfast was great, dining area lovely and clean and shops across road very accessible for anything additional that was needed, I would suggest a few coat hooks by the front door of room as there is no where to hang coats/handbags etc

Large variety available in the breakfast buffet… far more then we have seen at any other hotel.
The spa was nice and relaxing … also very affordable.

Rubbish hotel

Waste of money, I want a full refund please!
