Publié le 8 avr. 2019 sur HotelsThe tuyap 61 doesnt exists there after 30th match and new city homes there. They told me to pay 300 tl more for room or no room though i prepaid it before. This is fraud. And hotels.com also responsible as i lost my previous booking money too. Hotels.com dont check authenticity of things. And after paying this they give me bad room.
I NEed my money back from hotels.com
I am attching the extra invoice they charged for. Worst experience

No cleaning over all my stay . I asked for towels at arrival and received it after 3 days!!!!

Very Far to the main Attractions.
Publié le 16 sept. 2018 sur ExpediaHotel from Hell. No one can Speak english, misadvertised on the website. The hotel and the room looks nothing like on the Pictures. Horrible Location, crowed people standing around, felt unsafe & no one can speak English.
