Nice fully equibed small apartment, glad it has a washing machine and an iron, great internationa breakfast, easy accessability to malls nearby

Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HotelsBeautiful building and reception area. Some of the staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. Took almost 4 hours to get utensils for my apartment. Overall not bad, but I would not return.

Love this hotel but this time we experienced a problem with the outdoor pool.
The outdoor pool did not have enough sunbeds for the people there. There was only 2 sunbeds with shade for the entire hotel. There was then 6 chairs that people were using as sunbeds. We complained and was given 2 sunbeds from a depot downstairs but again no shade... With a child in 30c heat this is not acceptable. The hotel really needs to rethink the arrangement of seating around the outdoor pool area and while I accept it is windy around the pool there must be a solution to provide more shade.

Problemler
Publié le 11 mai 2024 sur HotelsDaha önce konakladığımız zaman da iletişim sorunu yaşamıştık. Bu kez girişte bu problemden bahsetmemize rağmen yine iletişim sorunu yaşadık. Özellikle mutfak olan otel seçiyor olmamıza rağmen mutfak malzemesi istediğimiz her seferde ya eksik ya kirli geldi. Üst üste defalarca aramak zorunda kaldık. Bunun dışında Giriş yaptığımız ilk odaya yerleştik sonrasında buzdolabının çalışmadığını fark ettik ve bildirdik. Bunun üzerine oda değişikliği yapabileceğimizi söylediler. Akabinde ikinci odaya girdiğimiz anda çok ağır gider kokusu vardı. Bellboy arkadaş temizlik yapılacağını ve oda spreyi getireceğini söylemesine rağmen odaya gelen giden olmadı ve biz artık oda değiştirmekten çok yoruldugumuz için o kokuyu ve yine çalışmayan buzdolabını çekmek zorunda kaldık. Birkaç defa resepsiyona ulaşamadık aramamiza rağmen. Açıkçası bu konaklamada çok rahat edemedik ve çok sıkıntı yaşadık. Geçen sefer yaşanan iletişim problemine rağmen severek geldiğimiz otel ancak bu ve buna benzer şeyleri yaşamak gerçekten çok rahatsız edici. İlk oda 1502. İkinci oda ve kokan oda 3404.
