Bonjour , je suis déçu par le changement de la qualité du service . J’ai rencontré ma femme il y a trois ans Dans cette hôtel . L’accueil le service était parfait . Le champagne dans la chambre , la deco romantique …. Hier nous avons dormi dans une chambre j’avais demandé une deco romantique ainsi que le champagne , il mon oublié et personne c’est excusé , nous avons demandé de changer de chambre car le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas impossible de changer . La qualité du petit déjeuné n’est plus a la hauteur . C’est dommage car l’image de l’hôtel que j’avais quand je venais n’est plus à la hauteur de mes attentes 😢 Malheureusement je ne viendrais plus la prochaine fois , j’irai à la concurrence afin d’assurer une meilleure prestation pour ma femme . Vous avez du travail pour garder votre clientèle

Check well you room they will give the first day

I ordered a familly suite. But the first night i received a room with one bed and one chair that turn into bed and they added me a extra bed. i did notice that it was my room after i was installed i asked directly to change room. Unfortunatly no room available during 2 days, so for my week were i paid for a familly suite we slept 2 days in this room without any windows under the ground level and above or near a club. So no sleep before 2.30 in the morning on a bed that are not suite. Hopefully after two days we received our room and it's was very good good view on mosques really nice. Just that check that the room that you order will match, because a lot of people experienced the same thing. To not open the suitcase because they want to change room.

Horrible hotel voleur menteur escro il ne mon pas donner la chambre que jai reserver avec expedia il mon voler la nuit du 8 au 9 decembre dailleur je ne reserverai plus avec expedia et trop compliquer a joinde expefia j attend toujour mon renboursement de 50e
