Construction going on. lengthy check in. No privacy inside the bathroom: whoever is in the room can see what you’re doing inside the bathroom. Don’t come here. Pricey and awful customer service.

O hotel é novo, ainda mais bonito do que nas fotos e muito limpo. O Staff é cordial e amigável. A camareira Mara cuidou impecavelmente do nosso quarto. Piscina limpa e bem cuidada. Serviço de toalhas para praia. Café da manhã com muitas opções de pães, bolos, sucos e com estação de omelete/tapioca. Bem próximo à Praia da Concha, podendo ir caminhando. Somente precisa de táxi se estiver com criança pequena ou muitas bolsas. Recomendo o hotel com certeza!

Hotel ótimo, bem central, equipe super atenciosa, café bom com uma tapioca sensacional, maravilhosa mesmo. Funcionários educados e prestativos. Quarto limpo piscina ótima. Acho q deveria melhorar a ventilação da área Kids, muito quente. O piso ao redor da piscina devia ser antiderrapante e a academia precisava melhorar fora isso tudo perfeito. Volto em breve

Excelente hotel, próximo de tudo, quarto amplo, de excelente qualidade, café da manhã excelente, funcionários cordiais, restaurante excelente, atendimento do bar da piscina excelente, o pessoal da recepção deixou um pouco a desejar, acho que deveriam passar por um novo treinamento, o funcionário Cláudio é excelente, o funcionário João tem que passar por treinamento (Só uma observação) no geral o hotel é excelente, recomendo a todos os usuários do Hotels.com.
