Rude rude rude owner. Did not honour my booking or payment, was rude arrogant and dismissive. Dont bother with this place, he doesnt deserve your money!!

Awful experience. No relations w hotels.com

Worse experience, destroyed my family.holidays. I called from the airport to get airport shutle and they didn't have any reservation or any Relations with hotels.com, they said that our payment was a scam and when we got to the hotel the bed was full of pee and rat poo when i asked to change the sheets they didn't have cleaners and asked very rude to use the other bed.that i though.was disgusting, minutes passed and they realized the mistake and changed us to other room, the service of the both receptionist was extremely poor and not welcoming at the end we had to paid again our stay and we got higher price that the quote made in hotels.com We spoke to the owner who is very rude and couldn't understand that if the business beetween hotels.com and kerio view didnt work out is not the guest problem. The kitchen personal was good and the owner friend/ partner. Great view but horrible service.

The views are excellent, the service and the menu are amazing and the overall amenities make for a wonderful experience in a wonderful location.
