Perfectly fine for a budget stay…wonderful front desk staff and excellent breakfast offerings.
Concerns:
There is no security to the rooms outside of the locks within the individual rooms. Otherwise, anyone can enter the halls 24/7.
Breakfast area is very congested — possibly due to the fact that there are too many tables with four chairs each and the table odd actually narrower than two chairs side-by-side. Perhaps, management should consider making some tables deuces versus four-tops to open the space a little.
Beds are in a sad state — no support, at all. But more importantly, the rooms do not feel clean. We never walked barefoot. The housekeeping vacuum path is clear, as indicated by the blackness of the carpets around the walls, beside the beds, behind the door. That color Is caused by filth buildup. Management should consider inspecting rooms occasionally…gives the housekeeping staff more time to clean each room or provide more training… clean the perimeters and most importantly, while the habit is to keep the door open while cleaning, remember to shut it so you can vacuum behind it. Otherwise, linens and bathrooms felt very nice and clean.
I would go back — but only when I have someone to stay with me and I have slippers for the rooms.
