Stay one night during my kid’s move in to Cornell. The property location is convenient to the school and Target. The room is spacious and the sofa bed can accommodate one more person if needed. There is still room to improve about the cleanness of the room especially the bathroom. We saw hairs on floor and the sink of the tub was clogged. It is understandable for hotel to overcharge during move in season.

Long stay and with a pet - was no problem at all!

My cat and I had to live in this hotel for two weeks - and I have to say: it wasn't bad at all. The staff are SO amazing! Mary does a great job cooking at the cafe in the lobby - which is a real pleasure to have for meals any time of day. While there is only one washer and dryer - at least they have any. Parking is easy and they keep the place very clean. I wish I had a microwave since I was there so long - but some rooms might...Would stay again and would recommend

Our room was nice. The beds were comfortable. Our only complaint was the bistro. It was hot and humid and the food was not too good.

It was hard to get a hold of the hotel before I even arrived. Then the air conditioning in my room was broke so I had to move rooms. The new room was fine. Appreciated the shuttle

Price of hotel & unfriendly staff disappointing

Our stay was good but not great…most staff were quite unfriendly and did not greet you or try to help us when we came into the hotel or left each day. The hotel was an older hotel and the rooms were fairly dated…the bathrooms were very small and need an upgrade for sure. The room was very large which was nice and the cleaning staff did a better job of keeping the rooms clean, sadly the common areas like the hallways and main areas were dated and need to be repaired. The cost of the room was more expensive than expected just as in the entire area for what you get. No hot tub just a small Pool to use. Disappointed that the staff and hotel were not in better repair for the high prices charged.

Under staffed

Sadly understaffed, so the "restaurant and bar" was essentially not available. The one person on staff did their best, but ended up overcharging me $15 for one glass of Prosecco.

Fix the key cards please

We requested adjoining rooms and were told it was all set. Upon check-in we were given rooms across the hall and over one. Also the room key cards didn’t work well at all. More often than not they had to be attempted at least 2-3 times before allowing us access to our rooms. When I reported it I was told that sometimes they don’t work when they’re too close to electronics (cell phones, etc.) but that wasn’t the case with ours. They gave us trouble from the start.
