Publié le 24 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is a property that exemplifies an absentee owner. It was clean inside but exterior was not well maintained. Fire pit rotted through, life vests moldy and deck smelled bad. The lake is beautiful to look at but full of seaweed and has water moccasin snakes around. It does have a two person limit so it’s overpriced.

Nice but multiple disappointments.
Publié le 20 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayParking and descending to property is dangerous due to heavy truck traffic, no direct stairs, crossing railroad tracks. Bedding not washed. Found Wet sheets and towels in dryer. Toaster malfunction. Trash. Container lid kept falling off. Tub and refrigerator required cleaning. Host not readily available. Did his best to acknowledge issues.
Spectacular. view. Cute house. Host is nice but not around.

Never get tired of waking up by the lake

Tiny house in Ithica
Publié le 17 août 2022 sur HomeAwayThis tiny house was bigger than expected and all the space we needed. Great location being close to walking trails, down town and wineries. Having beach access and kayaks were a fun bonus. The only down side is the proximity to the neighbors but overall a great experience. We would love to come back.

Great tiny home!
