Great host, Quiet, and Cozy

I read the reviews and saw the ratings, so I was excited to stay here . However , when driving up to the property, the area is run down , dirty , nothing around to do or shop . Looked like if we got out we would be mugged , so we just kept on driving without stopping . We unfortunately found out why it was not refundable. Positives are that the house from the outside is 100 times nicer then the surrounding area and the host did communicate very well, but would not refund any of our money saying he understands the situation but the policy stands.

The property was exactly as pictured. Quiet neighborhood. Very tidy and full of amenties.
Smelled great. Suited needs perfectly (overnight stay to visit Mississippi Valley State -4 min away). Christopher was an excellent host and was very responsive. I would recommend this property and book again if I visited the area.

This place is centrally located to both BB King’s museum and the Museum of the Delta in Greenwood. Christopher was very quick to respond to our minor questions. Definitely recommend!
