Certainly wish we would have heard about these concerns from you during your stay so that we could have addressed them immediately. It is unfortunate to receive a 2 star rating from guests with no comment provided. All we can reply is that check in information was provided timely and there were no issues reported from the guests. There was one incident where the guests had to be contacted during their stay. Unfortunately the children were abusing the alarm systems cameras, and we had to request with the guests to address the issue.
Other than this single event, we are uncertain why 2 stars have been given, and encourage future guests to book the cabin and enjoy some time away.

Staycation
Publié le 3 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe love that the house was so close to Pickwick Lake and that our 3 dogs were able to come with us also. What we like the most was the host was awesome but most importantly is that they are still following the Covid guidelines the beds had white sheets, towels were white also and the house just smelled clean and disinfected, which made us feel really comfortable and relaxed. For the first time in a while I didn't have to waste 1/2 of my day cleaning and disinfecting. Which made it really nice to just enjoy my time 😊 we would book again in the future.

Outstanding Little Cabin

Location, Location, Location
