This hotel left us high and dry, satay away!

hanging in the front. I then called the office and surprisingly I could neither talk to anyone nor leave a voicemail because the mail box was full. It was upsetting that this hotel completely disregarded their customers in such an unprofessional manner. I was left high and dry and had to rearrange my hotel booking in the evening. Horrible experience ever! Would appreciate Hotel.com to link us up with reliable hotels only.

Edward we are sorry that you did not get the chance to experience the beauty of Moose River. Prior to your arrival, we provided directions to your cabin and information regarding our contactless check-in process. We also called and texted to check in on you and did not hear back. We hope you visit us again in the future to give us a second chance.

If you are going to Northern Maine, Jackman Maine you have to stay at Sky Lodge - Main Lodge is a gem, a beautiful time stood still lodge - we stayed in a cabin across the street - Oh My - every thing you need and more - just a very special place. Loved it.

Clean and comfortable!
Publié le 17 nov. 2020 sur HotelsWe stayed in a cabin out in the field. It was spotless, so kudos to the cleaning team! It had more than enough room, with three bedrooms. The layout was fantastic... I cant say enough good things. We had dinner in the restaurant, it was delicious and the staff was amazing. We will be back!

Beautiful cabin!
