Very friendly and clean. Hot tub was a bit cool at 75* but after spending the day traveling it felt awesome with the jets. Very quiet and staff made sure of it.

Clean, nice, pet friendly

Very inviting and clean front entry, lobby with indoor pool, bar and large breakfast area. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. 1 night stay with pet - convenient grasy area and by fort belmont for a nice walk.

Not very clean

Not very clean, it had a smell. There wasn’t very many choices of hotels but this wouldn’t be one that we chose again.

When I arrived @ 9 PM, I was informed that there wasn't hot water but that it would be restored by midnight. I didn't think it would be a big deal as I wasn't in need of it until the morning. However, in the morning, it was still very cold water. The front desk personnel were completely unsympathetic when I asked for a discount or other consideration. They showed no remorse for the cold water and didn't even offer an apology. They almost appeared to have a smirk on their face about it. The final thing is that when I opened the door to my room, it was very musty-smelling. My immediate thought was, "Where is the mold?" I was tired, and given my experience at the check-in, I didn't waste any time asking for another room. I didn't want to put them out by asking for something.
