The room remote would not hardly work and the wifi didn’t pick up.

July visit

Nice appearance. Due to the clutch with Microsoft ( this is what the manager said) the room card key system wasn’t working. So if we left our room they would go and open the door for us with a master key. The problem is that no compensation was offered. Not even a free breakfast. So that is a bit of a bummer.

Yes, the crowd strike through everyone into a huge disarray and we didn't get fully operational till late Sunday afternoon. Are you a bonvoy member by chance?

No complimentary coffee or cookies at any time. $40 more extra fees tacked on which were not initially advertised. AND a parking fee! The extra queen size sofa would barely fit 1 child .

I'm sorry you stay with us wasn't a great one. We have complimentary coffee out every day. It's at the end of the bar once the bistro closes. I will pass it up on along to our corporate office about the parking fee, but that is out of our hands here at the hotel.

The room was not cleaned. Jelly smeared all ovet desk. Bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in leaving us with an 8 hr drive on 4 hrs or less of sleep. Will not be using Marriott again after this.
