Weekend at Belhaven
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe've stayed here several times. The Tiny Getaway is consistently clean and comfortable and the location is located right in the lovely Belhaven district. It's the first place we look at each time we visit Jackson.

Great Getaway for 2 in Belhaven District

Love This Spot

Quaint Guest House
Publié le 11 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe have stayed here multiple times and have had a great experience each time. Very clean, comfortable bed and very large bathroom. Hosts are friendly and easy to get in touch with. Great location as well.

Easy access

The unit was just what we needed for our short time in the area.

Thank you Cynthia for staying. As for the driveway, those tree branches leaning to the direction of the driveway had been cut first week of November and the hole on the driveway closer to the gate, our contractor is set to fix it.

Perfect Guest House for Two
Publié le 27 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayGuest house is perfect size. Full kitchen needs and large bathroom. Bed is very comfortable. Great location for visit Belhaven, Millsaps or Jackson State. Easy access to the freeway. Second time to stay here and will again.

Great disappointment.... And no where to go...
Publié le 3 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe arrived any driving down a overgrown, broken up, pothole ally way. We get upstairs and there is a 13" step up to get into the guesthouse. Once in the guesthouse we noticed that the curtains were tied up into a knot. The window unit a/c unit was hanging in there with a big gap opened to the outside where air and bug could come in. The AC unit was covered with dust and dirt & the filter was full of brown dirt. The sofa was dirty, floor was nasty. Bathtub had the last persons wash towel in it. Reported it to owner and she responded about 40 mins later with thanks for the pictures, our cleaning lady cleaned the Guesthouse today. Finally she refunded the cleaning charge back. I had reported it and forwarded the same photos to VRBO about that premier host guesthouse.
This was a nightmare

First of all, I apologized for whatever inconvenience we have caused during your stay. I received the photos that you sent through text at 5:31pm however, I was on the phone with our tenant that time so I wasn't able to respond to your message right away. I finally responded to your message through VRBO at 5:44pm.
As for the cleaning, we have set a schedule with our housekeeper to clean the place that very morning. We blocked our booking calendar for few days to give enough time for the floor repair company to do some work and they were done Tuesday so we asked our housekeeper to clean the following day. I even asked her the afternoon before you checked in if the place was ready and she confirmed it was. Unfortunately, I wasn't there to look around the place if they were doing their job well after they cleaned the place. I already explained this incident to you during your stay when I responded to your message.
We have discussed this issue with VRBO as well and submitted a screenshot of our conversation with you and my conversation with the housekeeper. VRBO considered this issue settled and closed.
