King room should have 4 pillows on the bed, not three. Vacuuming hall at 9:30am on a Sunday is not cool

Thank you for your review, Karen! We appreciate your feedback. Three pillows on the bed is Hilton standard for Home2; however, we always keep two additional pillows and an extra blanket in the cupboard near the TV for your comfort. Additional pillows are always available at the front desk as well. We hope you visit us again in the future. We would be happy to put the 4th pillow on the bed for you before you arrive if you send us your request in advance.

This was our second week long stay with this hotel. We stayed a week once before two years ago. Like then, we were very pleased with our room and provisions the hotel offered. The staff were very attentive to our needs and made our visit very pleasurable. We will book here again in the future.

We loved everything about our weekend stay. The staff was always so friendly, everything was clean and beautifully kept. We travel to the area quite often to visit our children who go to school nearby & we plan on making this our go to from now on.
