Property under renovation so somewhat limited parking. Also, I didn't realize there was a daily $20 fee for parking. We did walk into town, but it was a dark walk, and sidewalks icy in places. Doable, but just be careful... suggest a flashlight. Front desk staff very helpful. VARIETY on the breakfast buffet was great. Definitely would stay again... and plan to!

Disappointed.

Stayed four nights. Location is great as far as access to all the downtown area restaurants. The hot tub was only in working condition one of the four nights and even then you couldn’t set the timer. It would work 10 min after you set it then shut off in 5 min., The pool was not working at all. This was a top priority for a ski vacation. The water was completely off one day after skiing and we were told numerous times it was restored but it wasn’t. So that was a great evening to meet up with friends for a nice dinner without being able to shower after skiing!!! The one desk representative was as nice as she could be given the circumstances but still inconvenient. We were told one day by the shuttle driver that if we wanted to come back early from the slopes to give the hotel a call and they would come out to get us. When we asked the following day, we were told it’s not an option. So yes shuttle to the mountain is a good amenity however it’s only at 8:30 am and 4 pm. As for the shuttle to the airport, yes they will pick you up or drop you off as long as it doesn’t conflict with the shuttle times to the ski resort. We were compensated with Hilton honor points but not much good that will do me since I book 99.9 % of our hotels through hotels.com.

Staff was great. Easy check in. We booked the room with the jet bathtub, only problem was the jets didn’t work. The 2nd day we were moved to another room, and when we were going to use the tub— we realized there was no plug. A member of their team promptly brought it to our room. Other than that, the room was great. Enough room for a toddler and a puppy to run around. Convenient and easy location in town.

The property was great. The room was perfect but what was so fantastic were the staff! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! I was also impressed by the breakfast served and the light meal on Tuesday/ Wednesday evening. The food was terrific!
