The front desk annd the maintenance employees when I checked in were great. Some of the cleaning staff was less than hospitable. I did walk across a wet floor and the employee rolled her eyes at me when I apologized for walking on her clean floor.

Only one elevator works and it takes a long time. We had to use the stairs to the sixth floor. It's very noisy in the morning and you can't even sleep.
