Motel indigne de cette chaîne

Motel fantôme et indigne de cette chaîne. La personne qui nous a accueillis n'a jamais trouvé notre réservation: nous avons perdu une demi-heure. Nous n'avons jamais eu la clé de la chambre!! Nous devions sortir l'un après l'autre et pour manger, c'est la personne de l'accueil qui a dû nous ouvrir avec son pass! La piscine annoncée était vide et condamnée; personne dans les couloirs; personne pour le petit déjeuner, les cuisines étaient ouvertes...Et bien sûr, pas de Steakhouse comme annoncé. La chaîne doit impérativement être prévenue!

This is the worst hotel if you can even call it that. When i walked in entrance looked moldy. People waiting at desk nobody there. Creepy guy wondering around. Was told pool wasnt working broken pipes. He said it just broke down. Not by the looks of it. Its been a long time. Hallway smells. Room ,no phone no soap,shampoo,no free wifi. No television, no chair, no trash can. The door looks lke its been jimmed open a cowbar more thaan once. Shower needed cleaning. Carpet felt dirty. I would have changed hotels but it was late when i got into town. Wa given pass code for wifi never got internet. Tv had a cable coming from a adjoining room. No lock on inside door for extra security. The guy at the front desk suggested i could cancel my reservation and go somewhere else. If i could have i would have. It was late my elderly mother was tired. The only small saving grace the bed was clean and comfortable. Very snall saving grace. Will see if breafast is available this morning. No good reviews about that on reading other reviews.

Swimming was not running for long time. Motel was not looking good Bad smell. Felt so humid. They accept us to cancel and refund.

First there was no record of my reservation. The room key then did not work. The Tv did not work. Non smoking room reeked of smoke. Shower tile wall had big hole. There were no cups , coffee , soap, shampoo on the room . I was told by clerk that breakfast was at 6 am . Went there at 7 am, nothing period. Went to my car at 7 am and there were tweakers parked next to my car asking me for things, one even followed me into the lobby. There were about 3 cars on the lot . I left and called the manager about the problems . I was informed that they dont provide breakfast when they have few guests. Certainly not what the clerk told me at check in or what is stated on the listing . I was booked for 2 nights but with unsafe and worthless i moved my stuff out at 5 pm after my business day I am 60 and this was the worst excuse fir a motel and management I have seen. I spend about 30 days in a year in motels. Some people should not be managing or running a business period. Ps . When i WENT back to the room , there had been no housekeeping and none of the things i was missing had been stocked. AVOID THIS MISMANAGED DUMP AT ALL COSTS . A FREE ROOM HERE WOULD BE OVERPRICED .

My baby sister is traveling across the country from the west coast. She was near Jackson when she asked me to get her a room to sleep as she is alone. I am in California. The ONLY reason I reserved her this room at Econo lodge was they have a pool and breakfast. Neither were available for her last night and no breakfast this morning! Bugs on the floor, what a waste of money. Clean up your property! She was so worried about her car being broken into. This place is horrible

If you came after these hours there would be no breakfast. We have had no bug issues. We have regular pest control and have not had any issues. We appreciate you took the time to bring your concerns to our attention. We will provide your comments to all of the appropriate team leaders. Sleeping on the job

The room was overall nice but when I attempted to check in there was nobody there. I waited, called, waited nobody. Finally someone staying there banged on a door and yelled that people were waiting. A while later a sleepy man came out and checked me in without even an apology. It shouldn’t take an hour of waiting to get into your room.
