Little deceiving
Publié le 17 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayCabins are a bit uncomfortable within location to one another. The hot tub is in the middle of all cabins. And the stream view is from the last cabin in the row. We had number 1, and our view was the parking lot.

Jackson Hole Cabin

Great Property in the Heart of Jackson

The location is great because it's very close to downtown Jackson (3 min walk), but set off a few side streets away, so you don't get any noise. There's even a peaceful stream and hot tub to use. It was a perfect home base for days in the parks!

We hope you enjoyed your time in Jackson Hole, and we are truly sorry to hear about the discomfort you experienced with the bed and sofa bed.
We take guest feedback very seriously, and your comments about the queen bed are concerning. The queen mattress was replaced within the last year, and we have yet to hear negative feedback regarding the overall comfort. Our team will investigate this issue further to ensure future guests have a restful stay.
As for the sofa bed, this bed can be folded out to a queen size mattress, all that is needed is to move the coffee table to the side. We do wish you would have let us know if there was an issue with this bed during your stay, as we would be more than happy to send our maintenance team by to address any issues such as this. We are also able to setup the sofa bed prior to your arrival to ensure the bed is properly set up for your party.
We strive to provide a comfortable and relaxing experience for all our guests, and we apologize this was not the case for your party. If you ever plan to return to the Jackson Hole area again, please let us know. We would love the opportunity to host you again for a seamless experience!

Cottage was perfect for the two of us. Outpost crew were fantastic. Cottage came with everything you need. Bring your toothbrush and your clothes and your golden.
Unit could use a new shower curtain though.
We would stay no other place.
