Hôtel juste correct. Drôle d odeur à l entrée. Propre, déjeuner juste le minimum. Mais le prix à comparer des autres était très très bien.

Had I known how terrible of quality this was I wouldn’t have booked it. It’s not even a get what you pay for it’s overpriced for the abysmal quality. The door didn’t have a secondary safety lock, the peephole had a napkin in it, the place where a fire alarm may have previously been had a paper towel in it, the clean blankets were stained, the ‘clean’ wash cloth in the room had a body hair and was crusty, the toilet seat was broken, the blinds to protect light and privacy had a rip in them and I had to place the chair cushion on the windowsill to prevent someone from potentially looking inside the window. The hotel states it has WiFi but was not provided the WiFi password at check in. The DirectTv the allegedly have only has maybe 10 channels that are fuzzy. They were supposed to just place a hold on the $50 deposit that’s required but instead it cleared through my bank. I tried calling the hotel and the clerk there was extremely rude and condescending and didn’t understand what I was trying to explain to him. Now I have to go through my bank to get my deposit back because it CLEARED through my account instead of it just being a HOLD on my account. When I was told at checkout that it would be REFUNDED to me. 0/10. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I have pictures of everything.

The carpet was sticky. No cups in the room. Bugs behind the bathroom door. No liners in any of the garbage cans. You just felt dirty being there.

Terrible! Arrived 12 minutes before published check-in & was told to wait 12 minutes before I could check in. Credit card was charged when I gave my name, even though I was not checked in. Staff was unfriendly & literally argued with patrons in the lobby. Weekend breakfast advertised till 9 AM was shut down at 8 AM resulting in breakfast not being provided. They couldn’t program a room key, so a maintenance person took his well worn master key off his keyring & gave it to a patron, causing me to question the level of safety at the facility. Ice & soda machines did not function. Though room had a coffee maker, no coffee or cups were provided. No shampoo, soap, or facial tissue was provided in the room. Multiple customers demanded refunds during my stay. I frequent Jackson regularly, but will never stay at this so called “Quality” Inn again.

Our bathroom door broken. The bathtub had ducktape on the floor looked like it was a repair. Outside door was propped open with a rock because the security lock was pulled out of the door. Also it was very dirty the bedding and towels were stained. Generally cleaning looked nonexistent.
