Dear Jean-Chrisophe, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I apologize that the room was too hot for you. We are working on getting better solutions in place to ensure our rooms are cooler for the rooms that do not have air conditioning in them. I addressed how this was handled with our team to ensure our guests are handled with more care in these situations.

Emplacement parfait pour profiter de Jackson Hole

Chambre très propre et coquette mais le ménage n'a pas été fait pendant les deux nuits que nous y étions. Bon petit déjeuner, personnel aimable et serviable. L'hôtel est dans un bel environnement à 5 minutes à pied du joli centre-ville. Il est facile de stationner dans la rue.

Nice "swiss" looking gem in Jackson Hole
Publié le 26 juin 2024 sur HotelsWe really enjoyed staying at the hotel. The room was very nice and I felt like I was in Switzerland. It's easy to walk to town from the hotel. Breakfast is included in the price and very good. Just ask for help with your suitcase bc there is no elevator. Liked the hotel and recommend it .

Great Stay
