Chambre spacieuse, propre, confortable décorée avec goût, mobilier neuf. Coin cuisine moderne. Excellent accueil, écoute et sourire. Connection wifi de qualité. Excellent rapport qualité prix pour une étape d'une nuit sur la route de Memphis. Toute ma famille vraiment enchantée. Si tous les motels étaient comme ça...

It was clean. For the rate being paid, it was a reasonable condition. Having to be informed that my reservation was not received by the hotel was an unpleasant experience. The hotel clerk was patient and helpful.

The TownHouse in Jackson, MO has been completely remodeled and has upgraded to Very Nice! Pricewise it can't be beat. Manager was accommodating to my needs without being asked. The room is very nice, clean, and has a full-size kitchen. Housekeeping is friendly. I am pleasantly surprised. Enjoying my visit so much more! I'd recommend staying here to Anyone! Thanks.

The clerk who check people in was rude. Other than that the place was clean n nice

As Manager: I want to thank you for the compliments of the hotel. Also I apologize for the inconvenience of you feeling disrespected. We have long days and I do get a little protected of my rooms for the next customer. I don't like smoking in my rooms that's all. People sneak and smoke anyways. SORRY!

Front desk was NOT friendly or accommodating, and made me feel like I was bothering him. There is no elevator for 2nd floor rooms. People were smoking on the balcony and playing music till midnight. No property oversight.

The room was not clean. The sheets had not been changed. It was not a good place to stay and I would not recommend it.
