Worn

Place was sweet and in a nice neighborhood, but not very clean. Dusty, hair balls on the floor by bed, and cobwebs behind the window blinds. House was only surface clean at best. Rusted patio chairs and dirty cushions. Worn out. Which is how I felt afterwards.

Thanks for your feedback Orly - we wish you would have contacted us during your stay - we would have been happy to have our outside cleaning service come back over and address any concerns you had - but we never heard from you at anytime during your week long visit. We are always happy to address concerns that guests have - our cleaning service also takes videos & photos after every cleaning - as we do with our inspections prior to guest check in. Perfect!

We needed a place to stay close to the Mayo clinic. This was perfect and dog friendly with a fenced back yard. The neighborhood is amazing. I loved walking the dogs around and taking them to the beach to watch the sunrise. Would definitely stay there again.

Beach Bungalow

We enjoyed our 4 week stay. Home was clean, and close proximity to the beach. We appreciate the ability to bring our dogs with us. We would rent again!

Medical stay

House was clean, great location for Mayo Clinic. Quiet neighborhood. Problems: No pot holders, hot water heater went out and instead of repairing on day one, they waited until it went out again to change out. Dishwasher drying cycle did not work.

Thanks for staying with us Rhonda - however - our plumber did repair the water heater on Day #1 as you know - and you then had hot water again. Then when it went out a 2nd time, we brought in a band new unit ASAP and swapped the whole unit out. We do our best to get things/fixed/addressed as quickly as possible - just as we did with this! Unfortunately, sometimes this just happens! We checked the dishwasher and do not have any issues when it is on the settings to do the heated dry vs the air dry. And there were numerous pot holders in the 2nd cabinet next to the stove. We would have been happy to answer those questions for you and help you locate the items if we had known! We always encourage guests to ask if you aren't finding something! We are always happy to assist! We look forward to hosting our next guests! Best Wishes, Bart, Jeff & Sue

Great location walking distance from beach! We really enjoyed our stay! We were allowed to extend our stay by a day and communications were easy. Would highly recommend to all!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The best feature of this property for us was the close proximity to so many very good and great restaurants. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk and the fenced in yard was fantastic for our dogs. The owners were also very easy to work with and extremely responsive when we had a question or needed something.
