Great little hideaway at the beach. Condo has everything you need as far as pots and pans- blender, toaster oven- you name- its there! There are bikes and beach toys in the storage area. Had a great time - till the elevator went out and we locked ourselves out of the condo. 😳Both were handled and we continued our stay.!

The space was clean and easy to access. The host was accommodating when we needed to check out a little later and responded quickly. Location could not have been better for what we were looking for. Would 100% recommend and would stay here again for sure.

We loved Fernandina Beach itself! This was our first visit there! The building itself was clean, secure and nice. We had a couple maintenance issues and the owner addressed these immediately. Excellent! The kitchen was clean and adequate. The size of the unit was ok for just two of us, but very tight. The listing had very few pictures of the unit and we know why. The picture of the living room seemed very dark. We were told it was a southwest theme. Well, it was just too heavy and dark for the beach and kind of spoiled the atmosphere. There was only a very uncomfortable sofa and a wood rocker. Very uncomfortable for relaxinThe bedroom armoire was way too big and took up the whole room. There was though, a nice big closet. We were very frustrated that there was no balcony furniture to speak of. When we asked we were told it was two folding chairs and a folding table. Well, my husband is 6’3” 275 lb. A folding chair to enjoy morning coffee? Also, the picture off the balcony with coffee, again deceiving. We wanted ocean front. This was ocean view. For us, a big difference. Neither of the tvs worked well. We constantly had to mess with them. The one in the bedroom is very small way up high as it is on the big armoire. I wish the extra bath towels had been in sight. We spent the whole week with the same towels (yuck). On the day we were leaving and checking to confirm we had everything, we saw them. Please throw the throw rugs away! Nasty. No boardwalk to beach.

great location!
Easy to miss the entrance, quick turn around and got right on in. The parking spot had direct access to the door, trash cans and the beach! The room was also right infront of the elevator. Made for very easy coming and going. Condo was perfectly clean. I didnt lay on the pullout couch but my kids had no complaints. EASY access to the beach. We enjoyed the restaurant next door also. would defiantly stay again!
