Great location, communicative host

Note that there are many steps up to the condo from the driveway, and there is no bathroom on the main floor, so tough on folks with limited mobility. Host was extremely responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay again!

Fernandina Beach beach front condo
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAwayVery nice condo in great location on Amelia Island. Easy access to beach via boardwalk. Beach was virtually deserted on weekdays. Great views of ocean from upper deck. Well appointed kitchen & bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The home had two levels of specular views, and the beach is one of the best Florida beaches I’ve ever enjoyed - whether you are alone, a couple, or a large group with kids. The beds were mediocre at best, the pillows had no support, the furnishings were dated (nothing to worry about if you have kids), the fixtures were well past due for updating. The main steep entryway stairs were lacking a rail. We enjoyed our stay in Amelia and would definitely consider staying in one of the other townhomes in this complex. If you have littler kids this place is a great value and location.

Ocean view bedroom!
Publié le 24 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayVery nice property right on boardwalk to private beach. The master bedroom has ocean views from the balcony which are just lovely. Super easy to walk to the beach and the beach has plenty of room - if you are okay with walking for 5 mins either way can essentially have a large space all to yourself. After nightfall the beach is completely empty for a romantic nighttime stroll. Nicely located as an easy drive to the downtown area. Would definitely stay here again when coming to Amelia Island!
