This spacious home was perfect! Everything was spotless and tasteful. This home featured several bedrooms and baths as well as many outdoor seating spaces. We have stayed in several at Jax and wish we would have found this one sooner! Perfect.

Little slice of heaven!
Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The townhouse is exactly as was described and very clean. We loved the shaded back porch off the kitchen and spent several evenings out there. We ate in most meals, the kitchen has the basics needed and plenty of pantry storage for a week’s worth of groceries. Lots of space for our family of five to spread out. Stores and restaurants are plentiful, with many of them walkable.

We had a wonderful stay for Spring Break. The townhouse is great location to the beach and restaurants. We loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, especially with 3 teenagers. Highly recommend for a beach vacation. Titi was very responsive on questions and great hosts!

Wonderful stay, Fantastic Host
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property, and it really exceeded our expectations. The location was wonderfully situated close to the beach and near tons of food and shopping. There is a master suite on the first floor, a living area and kitchen on the second floor, and two bedrooms with bathrooms on the third floor. It was a great way for everyone to have their own private quarters during the stay. The property was very clean and inviting, and it had everything we could have needed during our stay. We had a couple issues, but Titi was very quick to respond and have them taken care of. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again if I'm in the area!

5 of us travelled to Jacksonville for the Jaguars Game & this property was perfect for us! The location was away from downtown but a quick uber ride away from everything else we wanted to see! There was easy parking should we have had a vehicle. The layout was perfect for a small group of adults - everyone had there own space and bathroom. Coffee was available to us along with some basics (cooking oil/salt & pepper) which was super appreciated! 1 block from the beach & 1 block from a breakfast cafe! Close to grocery stores also! The area was super chill & very safe :) Titi was super quick to respond when messaging ~ I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

Excellent Stay
This is truly a wonderful property! One of the cleanest VRBO's I've ever rented! The space was perfect for a large family as we could all be together in the open kitchen, dining and living, yet have a little separation in bedrooms and baths. There were plenty of extra clean towels for the bath so we didn't need to do any laundry. The only thing lacking in the kitchen were wine glasses. I only found one. Titi was an excellent property manager. Thank you for a wonderful week of memories with my family!
