Would be 5 stars, but the drain plug in the shower would not stay open. Great staff, very friendly. Highly recommend.

The facility was fine. The road construction is a nightmare. The pool was algae green and not maintained.

Check in took forever and no appreciation of guest was demonstrated. Pool (part of our decision to book here) was totally out of commission - full of filthy water and closed. Fitness room (another major part of our decision to book here) had broken 80s machines and no space to do alternative workouts not utilizing the out of order machines. Breakfast is a joke and there was mold in my scrambled eggs. Upon informing the front desk of this, they shrugged it off and took no action. Battery in our in room smoke alarm failed and alarm started beeping just as we put our children to sleep. Room had not been thoroughly vacuumed and no one turned on A/C before we arrived so it was 90 degrees.

The pool was green and had been closed for quite a while. We were supposed to get a room with a Jacuzzi and when we went to find our room, it was surrounded by workers who were drinking outside our door. When we requested a new room, we were told there was only one room on the entire property that had a Jacuzzi. So we elected to just get a new room. That room smelled like mold and mildew, but we were too tired to care. Avoid this place we’ve always loved Best Western, but this has to be the worst western.
