En roadtrip vers la Floride, hôtel trouvé un peu tard. Employés courtois, propre mais chambre très petite et salle de bain à rénover, prix élevé.

After swimming in the pool, I got an ear infection. It happened the day after so I know I got the ear infection from the pool. They close the pool the same day I started having a problem with my ear. I went to the clinic to get treated. I told the management about the problem and was told that this was not their concern. They said anyone can come in with some fake excuse. All I did is explain the problem they never asked for any kind of resolution, and this was the sort of reaction that I got from them. Absolutely no chance in them doing any kind of thing whatsoever to express they’re sorry for my suffering. Truly pathetic narcissist customer service.

Nice clean room
