Upon arrival there was no carts to get my luggage my 6th floor room. One of the elevators of two was not working. The pictures on the website shown that I was going to get an updated walk-in shower I ended up with a tub. The handicap Hoyer lifts for the pool and the hot tub we're not working. Overall the building is very outdated. Sorry to say I will not be returning to the Courtyard of Marriott until updates are made

The toilet squealed all night. We had to get up and turn the water off manually. The rooms are very outdated. Expected a lot more for $450 a night. View and location were wonderful.

Beautiful view of the Ocean from the Balcony. Easy beach access. Nice Hot tub with good strong jets and heat. Staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff go out of their way to bring you food and drinks no matter if you are sitting at the pool, inside dining or at a table outside.

This property is right on the beach! We asked for and received a room with a balcony overlooking the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the food in the on-site restaurant was quite good. Two drawbacks: no restaurants in walking distance, and we weren’t warned that we would have to pay for parking. We would stay there again.
