Absolutely the worst two nights in a hotel I have had in a very long time. Even over sea properties are better than this one. The first night I had to fix my own toilet because it ran all night. The second night the AC sounded like a mini generator going and vibrated leaving me with only two two choices: turn off the AC and suffer through the night or Call and complain and likely have me moved when I was already settled into my room. The next day I went to the front desk To complain not only about my bill being overcharged and not going through Expedia, but through Marriott, but I took a video so I could let them listen to the noise. The front desk could absolutely careless and actually turned it on me of why didn’t you call us or wouldn’t the housekeeping staff have known? How am I going to answer the second part? Was I looking for compensation no but I was expecting an apology for the horrible experience and I got none zip zero. So no, I would not recommend this hotel and Marriott should be ashamed of themselves.

Thank you for your honesty. This is not how I expect my staff to treat our guests. I can promise you that I will look into this situation. It's a training issue with the team. I am the new General Manager and promise to look into it.

VERY NOISY!

Very clean, AC flooded the room, VERY NOISY, Never received a call back from management!
