CANCELLED AT LAST SECOND
I was escaping a hurricane and got all the way to Jacksonville and after midnight which means you can’t reserve anything else same day and the just emails and says sorry it’s over booked and basically no remorse so my family of 5 and one service dog had to be homeless for a couple days while we waited out the storm. Pathetic of a host and poor communication.

Quiet visit to Jacksonville
This was one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, major chain hotels/resorts included! The neighborhood was quiet and close to many local attractions, but far enough that it was not affected by event traffic. Communication with the host was efficient and fast. We will definitely keep this location in mind if we ever return to Jacksonville.

Property was as advertised. The neighborhood felt safe and is close to businesses and things to do. It's definitely a discount rental, there was no cups of any kind or silverware. Furnishings are sparse, but it was clean, inexpensive and easy. I would have no issue staying again if I just needed a convenient place to crash.
