Good Place for a Short Stay
Publié le 28 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayHost had great hospitality and we were welcomed with cupcakes. The host also gave some great recommendations for places to eat nearby. The bed was a little stiff for us, but overall it was a good place to stay for the one night we were visiting.

Don’t walk run to this hideaway!!

The owners absolutely thought of everything from shaving cream to fingernail polish remover. From the cleanliness to the decor, this property sets the standard very high and other property owners should take note. The very cute and cozy hideaway is a must!!! Next time I’m in Jacksonville I will check to see if this property is available. Thank you gentlemen for your southern hospitality!

Peaceful retreat!
Publié le 7 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property has absolutely everything you need! It is so close to an amazing abundance of dining and shopping and yet you can’t tell from the sizable deck area. There is a living room setting on the deck where I lounged and watched the lizards play, the birds sing and enjoyed the cool breeze dancing through the treetops surrounding me. The apartment is well appointed and exactly as described in the listing. Daiv is an amazing host. He is very attentive and always responded immediately to my questions. I can’t possibly list everything I enjoyed about my stay but it was perfect and I wished I had more time to stay. I will definitely book with Daiv for all my future adventures. Thank you Daiv!

Weekend getaway

Daiv was so amazing and very communicative with me on the process and letting him know if we needed anything. Will definitely revisit next time I go to Jacksonville!

Sweet spot!!

We found the location convenient, as we were close to nice restaurants in the Avondale area..The host was as attentive just as the reviews stated and we loved our sweet cupcakes that welcomed us! It was great that our dog Mojo was welcomed and had a nice feeding bowl left out for him as well! Sweet little spot and cute, cozy apartment! Would recommend!
